Key projects I led:- Building a long-term investment strategy for a large European entertainment group (annual revenues: $1+B) - Technical environment: Python, SQL, GCP, and Confluence I first organized discussions with stakeholders to align objectives and gather relevant data. Then, I extracted and cleaned the data (GCP BigQuery - SQL) and performed consistency checks. By developping supervised and unsupervised classification algorithms (Python - Scikit-learn, Pandas), I created customer and product segmentation. I deployed the tools on the client's infrastructure, accompanied by detailed documentation on Confluence. -> Achievement: A complete and reproducible report of personalized recommendations, enabling the company to tailor its investments based on customer characteristics, performance, and site-specific factors.- Designing a data monetization strategy for an innovative customer service program for a major French bank (annual revenues: $6+B) - Technical environment: SAS Enterprise, Python I facilitated workshops with commercial stakeholders, data experts, and decision-makers to collect relevant data sources and define the desired outcomes. I also conducted market studies and comparative analyses to provide additional insights. In collaboration with the legal department, we ensured client data compliance with regulations (KYC, Basel). I developed practical use cases to test the viability of the models and validate them with real customers. -> Outcome: A detailed roadmap outlining exploitable data sources, key insights, user guides, and a Return on Investment study aimed at increasing premium customers by 25%.

- Assist Julia Cagé and Emeric Henry in their economics researchI have done data extraction and preparation, notably using webscrapping. Most of the data were textual data, and so I used NLP techniques in order to clean and analyse them. I have also conducted literature reviews on specific topics such as political economics and statistics.

- Developing a constraint-based optimization model for scheduling a sports season (annual revenues: $500+M) - Technical environment : Python, RBy modeling a constraint-based matching using the Gale-Shapley algorithm and applying MIP optimization techniques with the Gurobi-like solver, I designed an efficient optimization model. This model was integrated into an automated Python infrastructure to facilitate decision-making for scheduling. -> Outcome: Easy-to-use interface, allowing decision-makers to better arbitrate scheduling choices.
