I also have experience with construction disputes, mechanics' liens, woodsman's liens, estate litigation and medical/ dental malpractice. I was involved in the Beaverbrook Art Gallery case which included a lengthy public arbitration hearing and subsequent appeal involving trust law and the law of gifting in connection with the ownership of many valuable works of art. I was also involved in defending a civil claim for damages for an alleged wrongful conviction.
