Working within the Purchasing team I am responsible for the ordering and forecasting of the Raw Material for our Automotive section. High attention to detail is required alongside excellent communication and organisational skills. I work closely with our sales and production department and our suppliers to ensure we have the correct material to cover our customer requirements using the companies MRP system and Microsoft packages. I am also currently studying a course with the Institute of Supply Chain Management covering modules such as Inventory and warehouse management, ERP/MRP systems and Production Planning.
