Highrise Construction was formed in 2003 to supply a Climbtrac Jumpform system to Macrennie Construction for the Columbia Apartments project. Later that year they started their first Labour package. The concrete, formwork and precast placing contract for Mainzeal Construction on the new East Stand at Mt Smart Stadium. Highrise contracts have involved either or a mix of full Labour and Material, Labour only and Formwork/Labour supply packages. Highrise have considerable experience in both In-situ and Pre-cast construction methods. Highrise owns substantial stock of Climbtrac Jumpform System some coming off the recently completed Precinct Apartments. Climbtrac is an Australian designed purpose built crane handled jumpform system.Together with Boxer Engineering (The Australian designers of Climbtrac) Highrise can offer complete packages including Formwork design and Engineering, Shutters, System Assembly, Site installation, Supervision and operation including all Labour. In addition to the Climbtrac System we hold a stock of Ischebeck System Slabform, a Falsework/Formwork System from Germany specifically designed to construct in-situ slabs and was also used on the Precinct Apartments.My role is to complete Monthly Management Accounts, Cashflow forecasting and budgeting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, IRD Statutory obligations, Health and Safety, and attend to all Office Administration.
