I am passionate about genuine stakeholder engagement both internal and external.Over fourteen years experience working in the Local Government Sector, in the areas of Youth Services Coordination, Youth Development, Community Development and Community Engagement and Research.My role/s include management of Council's on-line engagement platform in addition to providing advice and support across the organisation in relation to community engagement planning, implementation and evaluation. My strengths include project and event management, stakeholder management, building effective and sustainable partnerships, advocacy and networking, communication, interpersonal and team-building skills, political, social and negotiating skills, compassion and the ability to empathise with people's life experiences.
