Serve as business lead and or subject matter expert to provide direction and support on projects that are impacting Nationwide Financial websites, including Investor Service Center (ISC), Retail Service Center (RSC), Plan Administration Services (PAS), Sales and Service Center (SSC) and Nationwide.com• Partner and consult with NF lines of business such as Retirement Plans, IPS and third party vendors to guide and support strategic vision and growth in the digital space.• Responsible for leading digital projects across multiple lines of NF.• Consult as subject matter expert on projects outside of the NF Internet Portfolio.• Represent Advisors, Members, Plan Sponsors and Administrators when building, designing and executing on digital interactions. • Collaborate and align with planning, usability and technical teams to recommend and impact long term strategic vision and prioritization.• Maintain long tem, collaborative relationships with business partners.• Analyze competitor trends and incorporate metrics to analyze the effectiveness of the project. • Manage and/or support various large scare efforts such as NF IT Platform, Single Sign On, Interactive Retirement Planner, Healthcare Tool, Online Life Premium Payments, iPipeline Self Service Forms, My Interactive Retirement Planner and Cyber Security (Implementation of Single Factor and Multi-Factor Security for B2E, B2C and B2B customers).

Private Sector Retirement Plans - Pension Operations
