• Serve as business lead and or subject matter expert to provide direction and support on projects that are impacting Nationwide Financial websites, including Investor Service Center (ISC), Retail Service Center (RSC).
• Partner and consult with NF lines of business such as Retirement Plans, IPS and third party vendors to guide and support strategic vision and growth in the digital space.

• Served as subject matter expert and impact manager on project teams involved with development, implementation, administration, and operation of new business and system processes, including the Nationwide Financial.
• Served as subject matter expert for the online enrollment application, automatic enrollment, managed account services ISC process, IRA rollovers and the rollover center.
• Trained administrators and less experienced staff on the Pension Administration System (PAS).
• Served as an expert in the analysis of existing processes, procedures and methods to ensure and promote effective business systems operations.
