Developing, maintaining and supporting the company's IT Business Systems. CRM system migration:From Pivotal -> SalesForce: System Architecture and security model. Configuring the system, creating objects and workflows. Apex Triggers and batch classes. Visualforce pages such as moving assets and opportunity renewals. Migration process. For more complicated migration, this was done using .NET and the Salesforce API, and also using SQL Views. Areas of the business that were migrated included accounts, contacts, marketing, sales, training, customer support and fulfilment.

Technical consultant for DART BI Reporting tool. Position involved Professional services, Code development, Databases, CS and Training.I started the company a couple of years after the product was initially concepted. During this time, it was going through the marketing and first sales process. I was involved in developing the product and enhancing it in VB.NET. (It consists of a server and a web-client). After getting a pilot-site, I became more involved in developing bespoked reporting solutions ranging from connecting to CRM systems, to IP telephony systems (including Cisco) and HR systems. By the end of my position we had created quite a few customers and in additional to professional services, my role ranged from training the customers in the product, to technical support and even sales.Other experiences I gained in this job were maintaining the company's IT systems and co-ordinating the moving of the branch to a new premises.
