I am directly responsible for overseeing and conducting the annual United Way campaigns. Schedule and preside over workplace campaigns within the community to promote 19 agencies and the services provided by each for Parker County. Manage all campaign related events and activities. Responsible for training loaned executives and community volunteers annually. Implement strong creative thinking, technical and analytical skills in order to build strong relationships with donors and leadership within the community. I have currently been with the United since July of 2015. Previously responsible for the overall operations of the senior living community in accordance to policy and standards. Responsible for census growth and overall resident care for seniors. Accountable for staffing and education for caregivers and family. Supervised all employees and department heads to ensure workplace standards and duties were met.. Ensure programming is effectively managed and marketed. Monitor labor hours and staffing needs for community.
