Currently working as a Forensic Psychologist in Training, my work involves completing psychological risk assessments and 1-to-1 interventions. I have recently undertaken research into a Compassion Focused Therapy based intervention and have an interest in this area. I am also interested in furthering the research base for Forensic Psychology in cyber crime, Trauma informed care, and Substance misuse treatments.Previously I worked as a Team Manager, Recovery Worker and Data Analyst in Addiction treatment services. Working through different types of roles in the service allowed me to gather a wide range of perspectives when I became a Team Manager. Prior to this I was a Data Analyst for a shopping behaviour company, using SQL and Excel to provide detailed reports to large retail companies.
