My background is in the Finance industry, holding many positions of Lending, Leadership, coaching and management, I am a natural leader who is enthusiastic and passionate in everything I do, and strive under pressure.I like to keep busy, love a challenge. I am a team player, who likes being busy and I work well under pressure with high volumes of workload to ensure the customer experience is successful. Within my previous roles as Lending Manager, Suncorp Bank and previous as Customer Service Supervisor, Heritage Bank, 8 years, I was responsible for the day to day management of the branch, staff management, rostering of staff, all banking products and services, Mortgage and Consumer lending, branch sales and KPI’s. I was the first point of contact to facilitate the day the day operations of the branch, to ensure work tasks completed in a timely manner, assisting and supporting staff to ensure a high level of interpersonal skills to ensure an effective delivery of service, for both internal and external stake holders.As a professional in the banking industry I have a high level of understanding of organisational processes and policies and legal and privacy obligations. I have the ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks and manage the workload effectively, to ensure deadline are meet. I have common sense, and can make decisions when required.I am a passionate worker and will always give 110% to my work.
