The former specialises in providing support to the City's elected members, executive management and other departments through the provision of advice and administrative functions to ensure compliance with the local government framework and legislation.

Norfolk Island

Norfolk Island is a complex legislative environment with a unique blend of Federal, State, Local and previous Norfolk Island government legislation. This was a challenging portfolio that crossed many levels of government. Local government services included: customer service, the public library, community development, archival / records management and grants administration. State services delivered under Norfolk Island legislation included: licensing (motor vehicle, drivers', and liquor licensing), births deaths and marriages, courts (petty sessions and supreme), land titles and valuations, deceased estates and probate. Governance functions included: territory records administration, freedom of information, customer complaint handing and privacy as well as policy and procedure development across the organisation. I was also part of an amazing Emergency Management Team preparing and managing the environmental challenges faced by small islands in the Pacific and the many complexities of the COVID pandemic.

Norfolk Island

During my tenure on Norfolk Island, I saw firsthand the impact of waste in remote and isolated communities. This is a truly wicked problem for many countries. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to work with two amazing ladies and together we created our own business committed to educating people on how to reduce waste by providing an alternate to buying packaged goods. Prinke in Norf'k means to be grateful and is a reminder to us all not only of how truly blessed we are to live in such beautiful environments, but the fragility of these eco systems. Whilst I have moved back to the mainland to pursue other dreams, Prinke is thriving

Bega

Manager of Bega Valley Shire Councils aquatic facilities including the Sapphire Aquatic Centre, five outdoor seasonal pools and the Littleton Garden Water Fountain. Administration of beach lifeguard services spanning from Eden to Bermigui. The Aquatic Centre contained a range of leisure services including a childcare centre, gym, group fitness rooms, cafe. Structured educational programs included learn to swim, aqua aerobics and competitive squad training.

New Zealand

Owned and operated the first independent (non-franchise) 24-hour fitness studio in Papamoa Beach area. Built a successful client base of gym members and personal training clients. Specialised in strength and conditioning and contracted to many sporting bodies in the area as both a strength and conditioning coach, sport psychology coach and nutritional coach. Contracted technical coaching services to Argos Gymnastic Centre and TePuke Gymnastics for recreational and competitive gymnastics as well as competitive aerobics and Parkour. Contracted to Contours and Configure fitness centres as Lead Group Fitness Instructor. Created a new group fitness program 'Le Fitness' based on the principals of tennis; this was launched at an international women's tennis event in Wellington. Contracted to manage the operations of TePuke Gymnastics from February 2012 until December 2012 to increase patronage and prevent closure of the centre. Contracted to Dance Avenue as their acrobatic dance coach from 2009 - 2012.
