I have 15 years’ recruitment experience and spent the last 8 years working within the executive search market. I have experience of working for leading global agencies including Hays and Odgers and operating in-house for global brands including Manchester Airport Group, WYG and Manchester United. During my career, I have managed various high-profile searches and talent research projects, across a range of sectors including, infrastructure, public sector, professional services, aero & defence, energy and FMCG. Over the last 5 years, I have had the opportunity to work with global blue-chip organisations and projects have included:•Global leadership assessments, and capability reviews,•Implementation of executive recruitment strategies,•PSL reviews,•Implementation of talent pipelining,•Designing and implementation of talent engagement strategies, and•Playing a key role in supporting the implementation and upgrading of recruitment technology and HR Systems, including SAP Success, Talisman, File Finder, Salesforce and Adapt. In addition to this, I have previously enjoyed leading networking events including, the launch of ’The Girls Network’ in Manchester and a D&I strategy event in conjunction with HS2.My mission now, is to unlock potential in others through coaching support, particularly working with those who may need support in progressing their career or improving their performance.
