Responsible for Executive Hiring for Manchester Airport Group (MAG). A leading UK airport group that owns and operates Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands airports, together with a significant property business. The Group sees over 55 million passengers flying through its airports every year, which together employ over 40,000 people on site.Implemented significant cost savings through; Managing in-house search assignments PSL review Pro-actively engaging external talent.Development and implementation of the MAG executive sourcing strategy.Recruitment Partner to ExCo and Senior Leadership committee, advising on appropriate search strategies and providing external talent insights.Conducted and implemented executive search PSL review.Managed multiple executive search assignments directly and in partnership with external search firms.Completed mapping and pipelining programmes to support organisational design and future strategic planning.Actively managed and engaged with external talent pools, providing valuable insight in to demand, engagement strategies and employee brand. Implemented video interview capability for senior roles.Supported design and development of the HR system upgrade for recruitment.

Interim project responsible for management of multiple executive level roles and process improvement.Responsible for executive search assignments and internal processes relating to executive search. Search Assignments included NED's, Commercial and Project capabilities.Identified future talent for the business and provided research for the in-house talent team.Created training material and workshops designed to improve future executive recruitment process and to up-skill the existing in house talent team.
