As a senior member of the Canadian marketing team, I was responsible for designing, planning and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events for three business practices. I managed two Marketing Specialists and created programs that built brand awareness, generated new prospects and advanced existing opportunities for Aon Hewitt’s consultants and commercial teams.

As a senior member of the Canadian marketing team, supporting four lines of business and 12 offices, I was responsible for planning, developing and executing all client and prospect facing events, sponsorships and activities.

Reporting directly to the Canadian H&B Sales Leader, I supported the national sales team in lead generation, sales enablement, and pipeline and performance reporting.

I helped launch the Exchange business model in North America, a division of IQPC, providing conferences for senior executives and business strategists. In this role, I was responsible for sponsorship sales, account management, and the roll out of the inaugural event.

In this role I was responsible for recruiting, training and managing a sponsorship sales team, developing new business and managing client relationships.
