To date, I have culminated over 30 years of extensive and varied experience in Web Content Management Systems and Administrative and Office Management with an active Secret Clearance. Currently, I am the Zolon Tech, Chief of Migration for WEB.MIL. I manage a group of experienced and novice migration specialists in the website migration project process to support our AFPIMS customers. I proactively work with my migration team to provide outstanding customer service through effective communication with our customers and their development teams, accurately plan, document, stage, provide creative and practical solutions, and finally execute application migrations. I oversee my team to provide precise, thorough, and up-to-date customer migration process documentation. They effectively work with the development, operations, system administrators, and security teams to complete the migration projects. I take great satisfaction in mentoring new migration specialists and motivating seasoned team members to build a team that exceeds customer expectations. I encourage my team to uncover problem-solving strategies and model the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to address the customer's questions, requests, and ideas.
