Directed the implementation of phonics based remedial reading instruction program for students with learning challenges, Grades K-12. Implemented Open Houses, Back to School Nights, Assessments, Report Cards.Implemented modified lesson plans with managing data and research analysis.Worked with behavioral specialists, school psychologists and teachers in developing behavioral management protocols and evaluations of teaching strategies.
