My current project includes developing online learning resources that address the overrepresentation of Indigenous peoples in the criminal justice system.CBA's Legal Futures Initiative aims to look at how and why the Canadian legal market is changing, and how lawyers can successfully adapt to those changes. My current projects include producing video podcasts to help the Canadian legal profession remain relevant, viable and confident in the ever-evolving legal landscape.CBA's Well-Being Initiative focuses on providing mental health and wellness support to those in the legal profession through online learning, articles and downloadable resources. The programs seek to address the stigma often associated with mental health issues suffered by lawyers and others in the profession. My current projects include managing the online well-being advice column, and producing video podcasts on topical wellness issues. Show less
