Working as part of a team within the Menswear Department to maintain a tidy and presentable shop floor throughout the day; Offering assistance to customers, manning the fitting rooms as well as undertaking till work-cash and card transactions.

Assisting the archivists with various tasks such as cataloguing data, using spreadsheets, handling and re-boxing collections, cataloguing and re-ordering collections and assisting archivists with requests for information.

Working on the bars at V Festival and Reading Festival. Duties included serving customers, cash handling, checking ID, using the drinks machines and cleaning the bar. This was highly demanding work in a busy fast paced environment where efficient serving and customer satisfaction is paramount.

Voluntary work which included sorting donations; checking, tagging and hanging garments in the stockroom by appropriate size and colour, and replenishing stock such as clothing, books and toys on the shop floor.

Working in various catering outlets within the theme park. The role involved a range of duties, including serving customers and using tills; preparing food, re-stocking shelves and cleaning. The job demanded complete customer satisfaction in an often stressful and fast-paced working environment. I often worked with several other individuals or singularly. I also underwent food hygiene training, obtaining a Level 1 award in Food Safety and Catering.
