Julie Pool founded AskJules in 2003. Her vision of providing services for the disabled to enable independent living was a bit before the times.
In 2008 Julie helped her son who suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy leave home and live independently whilst at university in Manchester. He employs his own team of Personal Assistants who provide 24/7 care and support.
Julie spent the following years researching the subject and putting her ideas into practice helping young disabled adults. , AskJules has now evolved into a business which can help any disabled young adult who is looking to achieve their ambitions through independent living.
