I manage of cost reduction activity by generating ideas and projects leading. I'm responsible for weekly&monthly&yearly reporting of budget cost reduction section. I manage of continuous improvement department. I organizing manufacture-logistic processes, launching from “green field” Lean philosophy and tools through proactive identification of areas and opportunities to improve production efficiency and control the implementation and maintenance introduced Lean standards. I plan and organize work, assess, analyze and balance the production, making improvements in the process, quality, cost and technology. Create, coordinate and maintain a system for production supporting, organizing and conducting trainings, audits acc.: ISO/TS 16949:2002.Starting Lean projects for the newly created production lines.
