As an industrial engineer, I have focused my career on process improvement, root cause analysis, visual management and designing plans for taking measurable action. I love to re-imagine a smarter, healthier, and more functional way to live or work. I am passionate about encouraging people to empathize and systematically understand themselves or their environments. Nothing gets me more excited than identifying “ah hah” moments and mining insights in order to create a compelling story that represents the current, ideal, and future state vision from “the people” who live, work, and play in their environments. Encouraging teams of changemakers to take action in order to execute sustainable change is my career driven purpose.
