My passion has always been in property, having purchased my first house in my mid twenties. A long career in banking established my credentials, as a specialist in needs analysis, savings strategies and handling mortgages and lending. I believe in executing skills I’ve developed with integrity and ethics. Focussing on my strengths in operations management and optimisation, I joined and expanded a humble glazing company to establish a building division specialising in recoveries (insurance claims). This expansion doubled the company’s revenue and profit. In subsequent years, I added to the business model referral sources from real estate agents and insurance brokers and expanded their business operation from Victoria to Sydney and Brisbane.I have considerable breadth of knowledge in the property game.
