- Responsibility and accountability for the Marketing function within Tetra Pak Vietnam.- Member of the Management team.- Lead the organisation's strategic business deployment annual plans.- Drive sustainable growth through liquid food categories and technologies using Tetra Pak's product portfolio and consumer/customer understanding.- Lead new product development and innovation pipeline for internal and external stakeholders via portfolio life-cycle management process.- Alignment of agreed promotional investments with category plans, account plans and/or environmental initiatives.- Define business intelligence requirements for the market (consumer, channel, customer, competition).- Project leader for Tetra Pak South & South East Asia’s UHT Milk growth acceleration initiative.

- Lead market entry strategies (export, license, JVs) for new emerging markets from an external growth and brand perspective.- Create market-specific brand/country launch and portfolio strategies in priority emerging markets and identify route-to-market opportunities that will achieve annual and longer-term growth targets (market share, volume, profit growth).- Prepare and deliver agency briefings (ATL, BTL, media) with purpose to achieve economies of scale (decreasing cost-per-rate) while ensuring campaigns’ effectiveness due to agency excellence. - Develop trade marketing programs, trend analyses and identify optimum category product mix (road shows, sales team incentive mechanisms, loyalty programs, competitive analysis).- Deliver monthly marketing reports and competitive analysis to determine market/brand performance levels and the need for new developments and modifications on an annual basis.
