- Leads and coordinates the AB540 mentor team to provide mentoring and retention services to undocumented students- Organizes the EOP Summer Extended Orientation and Welcome Week programs for 70 incoming undocumented students- Mentors and advises 30-40 undocumented continuing students on their academic journey, student-life development, and financial budgeting - in collaboration with campus partners - Support students through crisis support services; serving as a liaison between services such as Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Disability Resource Center (DRC) when necessary- Creates program calendar for the AB540 Student Services office to aid and prompt in the organization of projects, important dates, and deadlines- Leads EOP community meetings for undocumented students at UCSC and acts as an ambassador during workshops and panels tailored towards undocumented student needs- Aids students in filling out legal documents for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) - Develops Cultural Sensitivity Class focus on Undocumented Students for the Diversity Inclusion Certificate Program using senior thesis research on the undocumented experience of undocumented students at UCSC
