Jorge Chavez International Airport (Peru) – Project Budget: $1.7 Billions USD: I was part of the Cost Management and Program Management team responsible to provide an independent capital spend cost estimate based on the Master Plan and Tender Design Package (Concept Design) for the construction of a new terminal, utilities farm, data center, taxiways, aprons, fire station and new runway for the airport. This cost estimate was intended to be used to verify the costs to deliver the works being submitted by the construction partner. I was also responsible in a previous stage to review invoices of early design drawings of the services and pre-construction provided by Aecom to Amancae by analysing accuracy of allocation of resources utilized and invoiced and validating the proportionality between the amount of resources deployed and the activities performed. El Dorado International Airport (Colombia) – Project Budget: $200 Thousand USD: I was responsible to provide support on the Diagnostic of the Asset Management maturity assessment and Opex investment using the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM) 39 Subjects and provide recommendations to improve Asset Management activities. Alcoa Mine Residue Storage Area 8 And 7 Uplift (Brazil) – Project Budget: $150 Millions USD: This was an independent budget assurance for the construction of a new residue storage area in Northern BRazil My role involved the review and production of reports regarding estimate assurance of Total Investment Costs (TIC) estimate. Accurate compilation of the different estimate components, comprehensive final estimate analysis to determine if the complete scope was captured and identify the potential for scope gaps around interface, clarity in the scope and in particular scope interfaces between the different consultants and trades, alignment to the schedule durations, confidence in pricing.
