As an IT Manager, I have demonstrated technical expertise and leadership skills. In my managerial role, I led a team of 8 support analysts in charge of IT operations. I successfully implemented a service desk based on ITIL principles, providing efficient support to 1500 employees, and spearheaded the implementation of ERP Datasul/Totvs. I was responsible for managing IT and telecom suppliers and executed cost reduction initiatives related to mobile and fixed telephony. In 2009, I pioneered the IT operations startup in the Colombia office (Edupol).My technical expertise includes implementing an email solution for students using Microsoft Live@edu (now Office 365) and an internal messaging system using Microsoft Office Communications (currently Teams). I negotiated the Microsoft Campus Agreement contract for desktops and servers and ensured robust IT infrastructure for the academic system (Moodle and Lyceum) and BI system (QlikView). I managed the infrastructure for streaming services and implemented and maintained 4,000 accounts for employees and partners in Active Directory. I orchestrated a CCR cluster with reverse proxy (Isa Server 2006) and antispam (Barracuda appliance) for the email solution (Exchange 2007) and oversaw the physical-to-virtual migration using SCVMM for virtualization (Hyper-V Cluster).I managed 110 servers across various services and designed and implemented backup solutions using DPM2010. I implemented a new firewall (IBM) and site-to-site VPN for network security and was responsible for the IT infrastructure supporting 350 positions in the Palmas, TO call center. I successfully implemented wired and wireless network infrastructure for the University Fael campus in Lapa city and maintained comprehensive documentation for all projects and systems.
