Trax/Bank Onboarding Project ManagerJohnson Controls Nov 2016 - Jun 2017Brussels Area, BelgiumAs the business lines of Tyco and Johnson Controls were integrated post-merger, I managed the project bank onboarding of Tyco's cash management banks onto the existing SWIFT channel that Johnson Controls has since many years. Implementation of Tyco's banks and bank accounts in the Trax application (cash management solution from FIS) was achieved in 6 months as per the agreed schedule. This gives the joint Johnson Controls/Tyco Treasury team visibility on cash and enhanced liquidity management that is required.

Trax/Bank Onboarding Project ManagerAdient Dec 2015 - Jul 2016Brussels Area, BelgiumAs Johnson Controls performed the spin off of their Automotive Business line to the newly created company Adient, it was imperative that all existing cash management business flows were transitioned from the Johnson Controls SWIFT channel to a SWIFT channel of Adient itself. This had to be carefully managed with the cash management banks I managed the Trax/SWIFT implementation of this business critical project for Adient, in close partnership with Johnson Controls. In 5 months time, all bank contracts were redone, all business flows were transitioned and all payments and statement reporting flows tested and implemented.

Senior Banking Connectivity Project ManagerInternational Air Transport Association (Iata) Dec 2011 - Jan 2013Geneva Area, SwitzerlandI was hired as a senior consultant by IATA Geneva to help them implement a global Remittance & Settlement solution. They had joined the SWIFT SCORE programme and were seeking for help to onboard their 70 cash management banks in 125 countries by the end of 2014. At the end of 2012, I had managed to implement live messaging with 50 of their banks in 100 countries and preparations were well underway to onboard the remaining banks in 2013.
