I quickly familiarized myself and became conversant with the requirements, acts and daily running of the HR office. I involved myself with anything that could give me that extra scope and experience needed. I successfully conducted a skills Audit on the entire organizations workforce, I managed to upload all employees’ files onto the electronic system for ease of access. Due to my persistence and flare for learning and development, I submitted my very first Employment Equity Report in January 2015, with no prior experience. I submitted my very first WSP/ATR in April 2015, with no prior experience. I was part of the Task team of four people that planned, managed and successfully had the very first Company Awards Evening which turned out to be a spectacular, Gala Event. I daily advance myself and see areas I need to improve and develop. I registered and became a member of the SABPP and I am actively working on moving up in my rank.I was also inducted to be a member of the Middle Management Team where we discuss issues that pertain to development, teamwork, group advancement, support and ways to better the organization.Being part of the Middle Management Team, requires sitting into EXCO meetings as well participating in the Annual Management Strategic Break Away. Where we participate in setting Goals/Targets and the way forward for the Company for the next financial year. I recently completed my NQF 7 in Applied Organization development through UNISA.
