As Head of Financial Planning and Analysis I am responsible for all financial and commercial planning, budgeting and financial analysis for MWEB and to ensure the business is best aligned to achieve its company objectives. This position reports to the CFO.My responsibilities include the following:• Support to the Senior Business team in all commercial and strategic decisions• Involvement in annual strategy development process spanning all business units • Conception and ownership for all financial business plans and budgets that support organization wide strategy • Provide proactive data & trend analysis to business to enable strategic direction & identify business opportunities• General commercial support to the business• Lead all subscriber and profitability analysis• Ensure that fiscal control is maintained at all times and actual spend is in line with the budget• Management of the Financial Planning team comprising of 1 Senior Management Accountant (CA), 2 Management Accountants and a Finance Controller• Monthly operational feedback to business per major variances on major line items• Ownership and design of financial models to enable strategic decision making• Consolidation and review of all forecasts/budgets• Risk management• Process flow design and refinement• Reviewing of all legal documents• Manage and review detailed cash flow forecasting for the company• Maintain Gross Margin for costing models per product & provide monthly gross margin analysis• Review and consolidation of all internal Financial reporting to CEO and CFO• Design of all business models in excel and SAP Analytics (examples include a predictive business revenue model and rolling cash flow model)• Reporting on all key business metrics

Member of the MWEB Connect Management Team, reporting to the General Manager and directly responsible for the following:• Assisting with business planning and strategy for the Connect ISP division• Ownership of all budgets, forecasts and business projections• Second in charge to the General Manager•Contract negotiations with 3rd party suppliers• Management of the financial teams• Scenario planning and impact analysis• Budget optimization to achieve the Division's objectives• All finance and accounting functions• Commercial Analysis• Contract and legal review

Temporary assignment to oversee all financial and commercial functions for MWEB Business prior to their sale (in addition to current role as Financial Manager for MWEB Connect):• Lead for all financial information provided to the Competition Commission • Ownership of all budgets, forecasts and business projections• Fiscal control • Management and development of the finance teams including a Financial Manager and 2 financial and data teams (15 staff in total)• Project management of all financial projects• Scenario and risk analysis• Maintaining all monthly budgets and reporting • Commercial analysis of all new projects/products• Overseeing all financial processing• Ensure cost efficiency across all areas
