Im a real food lover, with a passion for creative thinking and the ability to articulate my ideas and inspire the new generation of butchers with my modern trends and skills in the craft. Having spent over 20 years in the Butchery Industry, I have acquired a range of skills that have progressed my ability throughout my career.I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of HACCP, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety. I am a highly motivated individual with meticulous attention to detail and have a fair but firm approach to my management of other people. Having currently studied for a food science and innovation degree, I have gained vast experience in the NPD side of the food industry, which has allowed me to introduce and develop some of my own new and innovative VAP products, which are unique to the food industry. Im dedicated to increasing my knowledge of all aspects of the food industry particularly ethical food production, sourcing and sustainability.
