Duties-Job function: - My role involves company budgets, company costs and profits along with managing 9 engineers across three sites. I am responsible for piecework systems and capacity planning for every area in the business. l oversee all production engineering issues across the business. I assist and have led large projects some involve new factory layouts.

Duties-Job function:- I worked under the Manufacturing engineering manager overseeing 6 engineers across three sites. I worked as a project manager on several major projects. I was the direct liaison with several major suppliers one of which involved changing to a new adhesive range for the whole business. I was responsible for tracking the movement of labour costs throughout the business for the manager to present to the board..

Duties-Job function:- I worked as part of a 9 strong team responsible for the smooth running of the production factories. My 1st project was spending 6 months creating capacity planning for the whole factory. This involved timing every operation carried out.I worked on three large factory projects. One project involved building a multi-million pound factory with modern construction techniques, which was to incorporate 4 production lines of caravans. We re-invented the way we produce caravans and to this day is still operating in this way. We incorporated a hydraulics system for moving and turning the chassis and floors upside down and as a result production increased by over 10% in that year. I worked in a close team and finished the project within the deadline.In 2007 the company acquired Autocruise motorhomes located in south Yorkshire. I was asked to aid in bringing the factory up to standard, implementing standard operating procedures and help in gaining EWVTA (European whole vehicle type approval) for the products built on that site. We used lean manufacturing techniques to ensure the factory would be as productive as possible.
