I was employed by JSS when they obtained a new security contract for Bio Energy Hull. As part of an entirely new team, we implemented new systems going paperless with the of tablets and ID cards. The site has two entrances and one exit with a strict on way system, induction system and extra measures due to covid-19 procedures meaning I had a lot to learn quickly. I currently work day shifts 4 on, 4 off but frequently work extra days and nights to cover other staff absences.

I must ensure the compound is always secure. this includes managing protestors, whilst following laws and regulations. As a supervisor I must arrange for shifts to be covered were appropriate, and discipline staff if necessary. I am also responsible for producing a daily report and completing daily patrols.

I provided account support for the bookkeeping side of the cloud-based software targeted towards Solicitors and Barristers. I started at Subway part-time during my university studies I worked up to Team Leader, Supervisor and Assistant Manager.I was responsible for opening and helping the restaurant run more efficiently with my experience from seven other restaurants.I also helped develop an improved system of having staff solely for prepping food during the day and deep cleaner’s overnight, meaning better use and reduction of daytime staff.
