I was employed by JSS when they obtained a new security contract for Bio Energy Hull. As part of an entirely new team, we implemented new systems going paperless with the of tablets and ID cards. The site has two entrances and one exit with a strict on way system, induction system and extra measures due to covid-19 procedures meaning I had a lot to learn.

I must ensure the compound is always secure. this includes managing protestors, whilst following laws and regulations. As a supervisor I must arrange for shifts to be covered were appropriate, and discipline staff if necessary. I am also responsible for producing a daily report and completing daily patrols.
