I look after 4 Indoor Futsal Arenas. This includes all IT, Operations and helping the finance Dept. I am also in charge of obtaining Planning and opening and building of new centres.

I was in charge of the IT and planning of a massive IT upgrade at the company looking after the day to day running and fixing of all problems.

• I am the Helpdesk Manager/Senior Engineer running a team of 2 Junior Engineers• Basically I liaise with clients, making sure there needs are met• Looking after there servers, and email systems• Plus organising installs, and assigning jobs based on priority to engineers

• When I started with Porcelanosa they had no Servers and no email systems each showroom working off a separate unix server• I installed a WAN structure using VPNs and a Active Directory on Server 2003• I then built them an Exchange 2003 email systems linking them to the outside world• Also incorporating a Sage CRM system and Unified Messenger system all rolled out within a year supporting 210 people across 6 sites• I opened 2 New showrooms One in Fulham one in Southampton• Linking them into the network and running the IT project

• I started with Serco working as a Project engineer and was part of a team building a new national network for a government organisation• We worked closely with the customer to ensure that all 3 networks were delivered on time• During this period I was involved as part of the team in translating the customers requirements into the physical and logical infrastructure• I continued after the implementation to liaise with the customer to clear up any outstanding issues and changes to ensure full compliance• After I completed a year in this role I moved to a Field Support Engineer role where I travelled to different sites to deal with faults and customer problems and try to resolve them• I then became the main Support Engineer for the customers HQ in central London providing not only support and fault rectification but also advice on numerous related subjects

• HBO are a FM Company that provide a range of IT services to the NHS• I started as a field engineer providing systems and network support, covering the south of London and one trust in Birmingham• I was involved in project work, which required system and server upgrades and replacements• The IT systems were either Novell or NT based with either Cabletron or Xyplex network hardware• During this period the company achieved ISO accreditation, where I assisted in producing procedures and work instructions• I then transferred to work on one of the biggest NHS sites in the UK• I was heavily involved in the support of systems and promoted to Technical Advisor with 5 staff reporting to me• One of our main projects was the upgrade of the chemical pathology department, which in total was a £2 million project• The IT implementation required upgrading all the network hardware, server infrastructure and desktop PCs
