Successfully delivered multiple projects and programs ranging in size/duration from $250k-5 resource/six months (Web application implementation) projects to $70M-300+ resouce/three year (Centralized Saturn Retail System [aka CSRS] ASP) programs, through full project life cycle using PMI knowledge base and best practices with multiple PM tools, techniques and methodologies. Initiated and supported Project Management Office (PMO) implementation for the Automotive Retail Group (ARG): Identified PMO goals and strategies. Researched corp. methodologies, selected best practices and created ARG PMO methodology, tools and techniques. Developed and delivered training (MS Project Schedule development and Critical Path Identification), and mentored project management staff. Provided input, direction, support and approval for all PMO processes. and supported process development across ARG (development, business, sales, marketing). Completed 200+ hours training in PM and management courses.

Created and implemented Workstation ID Project as part of EDS Corporate Programmer Development Certification process. As Businessline Team Leader I created/delivered presentations, analyzed/selected product enhancements, managed 5 Level III resources, mentored 3 new team members, managed 7 major product releases, and managed/delivered 1997 Year End release project (recognized as most successful in ARG history). As programmer, I analyzed, designed, coded and delivered the Tax Table EOD project, the GLUpload product, and fixed application bugs using RPG, CL, C and/or Cobalt programming languages on IBM AS400. created Enhancement Scoring process (improved decision-making), created Estimating Tools (accurate software development estimates), and delivered Request for Information (RFI) - supporting sales.
