Ensuring a required level of quality at all times with excellent first fix rate/fault finding skills.Very active role in new project installation and setups including all relevant training and performance monitoring, acting as a trouble shooter for errors and as a first point of contact. Written, implemented and presented training packages to both internal and external personnel for depot and field engineer activities.Representative for the company and have frequently visited clients to ensure total conformance to their standards.
