Our goal is to uncomplicate how IT teams work in managing their Pure data services.Prior to my current role I was a Project Engineering Manager at BAE Systems Naval Ships, responsible for the delivery of projects in accordance with contractual obligations on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. This required being part of a Defence Industry team working with stakeholders from within Navy Command, MoD, and other UK Government departments.Previously I was a Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft UK and Arqiva. Accountable for building relationships within strategically important accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction. ITIL/APMP qualified, experienced at providing services and support to Public and Private Sector customers.As a member of the UK Armed Forces I completed a successful career within the Royal Navy as a Senior Combat Systems Engineer. During my 25 Yrs in the RN I completed active service all over the world from naval establishments and dokyards in the UK to overseas engagements in the Middle East, Mediterranean, South Atlantic, Caribbean, and a number of ports in between...I consider myself to be a highly motivated and driven individual with a proven background in managing multi-disciplined teams and delivering projects within both Public and Private Sector organisations.
