Direct the Loss Prevention and Safety Liability reduction functions for multiple Districts; that include 23 Full Lines Business Stores plus an additional 23 Full Service Automotive Businesses throughout Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Manage business partnerships with 7 District Managers. Lead store management in district capacity, as well as Loss Prevention leadership at approximately 90 Store Level & Multiple Area Management level.  Develop, relay and implement shortage reduction strategies, and tactical execution of those strategies.  Utilize expertise in asset protection, site safety, investigation resolution and minimization of liability exposure for employees and customers.  Subject matter expert in store processes, legal issues, business procedures and compliance with local, state & federal laws.
