Perform Lean training for all personnel.Evaluate current production processes and work with Leaders to develop future state vision. Coordinate all Lean activities including training personnel, facilitating kaizen events, and driving completion of WIG's (Wildly Improtant Goals). Finding creative solutions to difficult problems (helping to improve morale by creating a series of fun videos of employee's at work, that they could share with frinds and family).

Manage the Quality inspection department.Redefine it's purpose from "inspecting product" to "auditing process".
