I joined Southampton Women’s FC at the start of the 2016/17 as 1st Team Goalkeeping Coach. During the season I took over the responsibilities of Assistant Manager.During the season I am responsible for Delivering Goalkeeping sessions alongside working with the Manager to deliver and plan outfield sessions.I am also responsible for Goalkeepers Pre-match warm ups.I have also been responsible for recording matches and training sessions when the team’s media department has not been available.During my UEFA B qualification, I analysed team and player performance to produce reports for the manager, including pass completion, shots on and off target, and amount of time spent in possession.On Match days I am responsible for preparing the team sheets, taking the Goalkeeper or First Team warm up. During the game I analyse the opposition looking for strengths and weaknesses that we could take advantage of during the game and relay these back to the Manager, I am also responsible for organising any substitutions, relaying instructions to the substitutes regarding set pieces, and positional play, along with any other required information.
