Responsible for the Development and Growth of Sales for Isaac Lord in the North of England.

Initially responsible for around 60 accounts ranging in size and spend in the North of England, providing them with technical support on the complete range of Blum products. Following my successful introduction into Blum, in February 2010 I was given the additional responsibility of looking after Scotland, followed by the addition of the North Midlands in January 2011.

Covered the Sheffield Area, with over 1000 live accounts, of which 200 were active. Over the course of 13 months with Hafele top 100 accounts retained their level of spend in a market sector that was contracting at an alarming rate.

Part of a small team who worked on a concept retail proposition (Project Padua). Opened 3 pilot stores in Tamworth, New Malden and Swansea. Directly involved in the product rationalisation and introduction of new products. Reduced SKU's from 8000 to 3000. Also heavily involved in the implementation of new communication style throughout stores.Part of the Resourcing Team that were tasked with securing £170m worth of Kitchen and Bedroom Products for the new stand alone MFI. Assisted with the product rationalisation and product development, also had the lead role in resourcing the complete worktop, handles and accessory collection. At the same time I was part of a small team that successfully launched 6 new kitchen ranges and 5 bedroom ranges.

'In House Graphic Designer', working closely with the product design team. Responsible for the creation of technical manuals, fitters guides, support literature, promotional material and much more. Actively involved in the development of Spring Ram’s Framed Bedroom range, both in terms product development and sales support literature.
