The company has pioneered the development of pure plant oil combined heat and power (CHP) and has now launched a proven, biomass-fueled advanced Gasification system that produces electricity, heating, hot water and, where required, chilled water. Perfect for delivering low and zero-carbon district heating.Whilst at LowC I was responsible for the Project Management with the primary role overseeing the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of the first wood chip gasification energy centers at the UK's most visited stately home. This system took seasoned round wood from the estate chipped it, dried it and gasified it to supply a fuel source for an on-site CHP producing green energy in both electrical and thermal forms.Areas of Responsibility were as follows:• Managing the Project Department (Construction, Mechanical & Electrical)• Overseeing Project Teams• Completing contracts (To time, to spec, to price)• Reporting Contact Status Weekly.• Implementing Process Control to optimise the profitability of the business.• Customer Liaison• Programme Management• Contract Control • Order Acknowledgement• Quality Plan• H&S• Method Statements and Risk Assessments• Internal Liaison • Achieving Project Objectives• Developing and Expanding Aftermarket Department
