Personally reorganized the functions, performed competency assessments on all 114 team members, removed and replaced 54 sub-par performers, clearly defined roles and responsibilities, established performance metrics, and implemented new tools and processes to drive organizational change. Leads a team of domestic and international business development managers, capture managers, competitive intelligence analysts, proposal managers, engineers, and subject matter experts in the pursuit of strategic opportunities, task orders on ID/IQ contracts, and recompetes, which have a combined value of over $10B annually. Achieved profitable revenue growth of 9.6% in 2007, 15.1% in 2008, and 21.5% in 2009. Also exceeded the planned bookings for each of the past 3 years with a competivtive win rate of more than 70% while building an opportunity pipeline that is valued at three times RTSC’s annual revenue. Some of the key wins included the $11.2B Army Warfighter Focus Training contract, $2.3B United Kingdom Minister of Defense Training Rationalization contract, $843M FAA Air Traffic Controllers’ Optimized Training Solutions contract, and several large GWAC ID/IQ contracts, including the Navy CNI ATFP, OSD CNTPO, DOE DICCE, and Air Force F2AST contracts. Key customers include the military services, Defense Agencies (MDA, DLA, and DTRA), intelligence agencies, federal civil agencies (including Homeland Security, Transportation, State, Energy, GSA, NASA, and NSF), and many foreign governments (including Iraq, Afghanstan, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Japan, Unted Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan).Currently representing RTSC on the Raytheon Mergers and Acquisitons Committe and the Professional Services Council Board of Directors.
