I began at Eagle Bank in January 2006 accepting the position of full time teller at the Lexington Center branch of Eagle Bank. I worked at that branch for a little over a year taking in all the information I could during down times of the day. Over the course of the year that I was a teller I learned all I could with the programs I had access to and with the authority level I had. I worked at that branch for a little over a year taking in all the information I could during down times of the day. Over the course of the year that I was a teller I learned all I could with the programs I had access to and with the authority level I had. In January 2007, I was offered the position of Branch Supervisor for the East Lexington branch. With little to no "traditional" training I accepted the challenge and became Supervisor. Throughout the time I have been Supervisor, I have encountered many problems, some better than others, whether it be from customers or from employees. Each time I have stepped up to the plate and took the problems head on.
