I have worked in the Marketing, Communications and Creative Industries for over 30 years, managing Marketing, communications, special event planing and media scheduling/production and purchasing. My experience has allowed me to develop an adaptable skillset that includes being organized, methodical with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work on a project from conception to completion. Peviously I worked at The New Jersey Herald for 30-years. During my tenure there I was the recipient of 19, New Jersey Press Association awards in the statewide Better Newspapers Contest for marketing, graphic design, web design, promotion, and new product development. At The New Jersey Herald I was the project director responsible for publishing eight books including, “Sussex County – Images of Our Past” and “Bear With Us.” In my tenure at Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice I was responsible for the publishing and world-wide distribution of Julia Quinlan’s third book “Legacy of Love.” I am also responsible for the digitization, distribution, and sale of the original book, “Karen Ann…the Quinlans tell their story”, on all major digital platforms, including Amazon. I have been instrumental in the implementation and deployment of Salsa Engage, LearnWorlds and various other platforms that have helped streamline workflows, save money and generate incremental income for the organization. I am responsible for the application, meeting ongoing requirements and maintenance of a $10,000/month Google Ad Grant since 2016.I am currently a member of the “100 Women” steering committee which raises money to fund scholarships for nontraditional students at Sussex County Community College. I am a volunteer for I’Raise, Girls and Boys International Corporation, a non-profit dedicated to helping children in under-resourced New York City neighborhoods. I am a member of the Newton Cemetery Governing Board and serves as a ZCOM community volunteer for ZUMBA® International. A former member of the Local Operating Board of United Way of Sussex County, I have worked with the Coalition for Healthy and Safe Families - “What’s Your Anti-Drug” campaign. A lifelong fitness enthusiast, I am American Fitness Association of America and American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified group fitness instructor and ACE certified personal trainer. I am licensed to teach Zumba and Aqua Zumba, Strong Nation and Pound. A lifelong resident of Sussex County, Lee, mother of two sons Ellison and Maxwell, grew up in Ogdensburg and currently resides in Hardyston with long-time boyfriend Donald.
