With over 25 years of experience in global education and consumer experience, I am passionate about creating and delivering innovative and engaging learning solutions for the beauty industry. As the Vice President of Global Education and Consumer Experience at Orveon Global, I lead the strategy and execution of education and consumer experience programs for bareMinerals, a leading clean beauty brand. I partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class education and consumer experience initiatives that drive brand awareness, loyalty, and sales. I also oversee the development and delivery of training and coaching for the Market Educators , ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the brand's vision and values enabling them to cascade to their Beauty Consultants .I have a strong background in retail, cosmetics, and fragrance having previously served in roles with LVMH and The Estée Lauder Companies , where I managed the education and consumer experience training for Beauty Consultants .My roles have enabled me to gain vast experience working in the Global markets including APAC, US , Japan and South America . For 7 years I was the Brand Spokesperson on QVC UK and for several months QVC Germany achieving retail targets year on year . I have a IHBC Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Exeter College, and I have completed a certification in Developing Your Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn.
