I head a team of lawyers overseeing the APAC Payments business for J.P. Morgan. Since joining the bank in 2012, I’ve seen the Payments business grow and evolve. I’m passionate about growing teams, developing talent and bringing positive transformation to work culture. I was also seconded to the London office for a year in 2016 and acquired invaluable experiences during my stint. As the Payments space has really grown, I’ve been afforded the privilege of encountering and advising on new Payments solutions (and technology)over the years. My prior experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as the Payments business has allowed me insight into the mechanics of various deals. It has also afforded me foresight to pre-empt business units in assessing risks that may arise. This ability has allowed me not just to assist the team in complying to regulations, but also enhanced the position of business units to conduct business in a profitable and effective way.I bring value to my team by staying calm under all circumstances and bringing valuable perspective to the business units I work with.
