Senior Manager responsible for the only active duty, airborne, Psychological Operations Broadcast Company in the Army. Responsible for over 90 personnel, production and dissemination of radio, television, and photographic products in support of Psychological Operations forces worldwide.

Personnel manager, supervisor and trainer for the U.S. Army’s sole active duty Combat Camera Company that supported exercises, operational and contingency missions mandated by the Secretary of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Department of the Army.

As Division NCOIC and supervisor of twenty-six military personnel and one civilian, lead the team in course instruction, evaluation and reviewed written instructional and technical materials, methods and updated course content as needed as well as developed plans and milestones for new courses. Responsible for all training requirements, counseling, instructors’ critiques, Instructors performance, performance standards and measures and maintaining students’ academic records. Lead the development and implementation of large career development training programs for the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines that included the graphics, electronic imaging, video production and visual information management courses to active service members and new recruits. Resolved academic and administrative problems, reviewed training standards, written course revisions, established and monitored performance measures. Participated as a member of a Technical Evaluation Team (TET) with subject matter experts from all branches of service and completed several written technical documents and training materials for new courses to be implemented, and resources needed to meet the Department of Defense priorities. As senior subject matter expert provided established relationships with many organizations throughout the Department of Defense and reviewed training materials, content, and plans to ensure all organizations had input to the development of training.

Specifically selected for this special duty assignment to research equipment and set up and operate the first automated computer graphics facility. For the first time Instructors from NATO countries had various ways to present curriculum remotely, electronically, and visually. Trained all NATO personnel on computer systems and graphics applications. Prepared training materials and curricula for use by all NATO personnel.
