Additionally, Lee successfully assisted in our 2014 project scheduling and creation of 2014 RFP’s, and has been authorized to maintain the Capital Tracker Report, as her attention to detail and understanding of the process has brought increased value of many departments at Tahoe Donner Association. Lee’s continued ambition to learn and grow in her position has led to further involvement with our Trout Creek Recreation Center Sub-group, the ACAC Construction Steering Committee, and Equestrian Steering Committee. Specifically, Lee continues to shine in areas of construction administration support, including AIA Payment Application processing and traking Pre-liens, Certificates of Insurance, Contractors Licenses, and Billing Releases. Agreeably, I have grown to trust her abilities and judgment when communicating with our Contractors and vendors.
