Provides technology consulting services to ONESCO representatives, supporting the representatives’ business through understanding various third-party software solutions; conducts due diligence & maintains relationships with ONESCO’s technology vendors and resources; provides support for the advisor’s email systems; assists with the development of internal marketing campaigns and other promotional materials; assists advisors with digital marketing and social media strategies.

My role is defined as implementing Fidelity's Service Support strategy by supporting the reactive and proactive needs of customers, and our front line associates. Delivering the best customer experience in the financial services industry by quickly resolving issues and taking ownership to resolve more complex situations keeping in mind operational effectiveness, customer service levels and efficiency is key.

Conducted investigations of child abuse/neglect, including face-to-face interviews to determine validity of report. Collected evidence and information to complete the assessment addressing safety/risk factors.Routinely utilized community services, including Family Support Services, Recruitment and Certification teams, and the Fleming Co. court system.
