Focusing closely on delivering successful A/B testing and web experimentation programs to a range of clients, this consultancy role is centred on two primary responsibilities:- Develop and plan experimentation and A/B testing strategies and roadmaps for clients using a combination of industry best practice, analysis of large and detailed data sets and business context in order to identify the biggest areas for improvement on their website, while implementing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities;- Following the completion of experiments, present results and insights to key client stakeholders while demonstrating a technical understanding of experimentation to provide ongoing value and support.

- Broad range of projects and responsibilities based within digital and web analytics- Leading on client projects from initial brief and requirements gathering to final project delivery, working with clients at each step to ensure completed tasks are in keeping with the original brief- Implementing custom analytics tagging and tracking solutions using tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager- Building ETL projects from beginning to end which include, but are not limited to: data acquisition from multiple data sources and API connections; data cleansing and storage in cloud-based services such as Google Big Query; development of custom-built data visualisation dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio and Tableau- Setting up new and optimising existing Google Analytics properties for clients (including Google Analytics 4), ensuring that the properties are configured optimally in order to collect data accurately and consistently- Running audits of clients' Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configurations and consulting on best practice in both platforms to improve data collection and accuracy for analysis and reporting- Conducting deep-dive analyses of web and digital data for clients which range between user journey, marketing performance, marketing/social channel performance and conversion rate optimisation analysis projects which produce data-driven insights and recommendations to improve a specific business, campaign or website- Developing analysis-informed recommendations into actionable testing plans for A/B testing and further web optimisation- Developing automated reporting solutions to collect and organise a range of data sources for a client and present them within functional, dynamic reports using data visualisation tools
