Fixed term two year contract. Overall responsibility for leading, designing, managing and delivering a programme of implementation and quality assurance support in relation to the community delivery of the new Scottish sex offender programme Moving Forward Making Changes (MFMC).Working with wide range of senior stakeholders and practitioners, to develop programme of methods to ensure implementation integrity and promote effective delivery and outcomes.

Strategic responsibility for the management and support of the ViSOR case management system in Scotland. Provided support to all the key criminal justice partners in Scotland: police, criminal justice social work, Scottish Prison Service and Scottish Government. Represented the interests of these bodies on a number of UK-level workgoups and boards. Responsible for national quality assurance, policy, compliance and change management.
